What is BettingBucks?
BettingBucks is a company
that specializes in the promotion and management of
the affiliate programs of several leading online casino
and bingo games. By manageing these programs, we offer
owners of websites and emailing lists the opportunity
to advertise and promote our leading online casino and
bingo brands and earn revenue from the players that
they send to those brands.
How does that work?
When you join one of
our affiliate programs, you'll get unique links to that
brand's website that will track what traffic you send
and how much revenue those players generate. You will
then accumulate monthly earnings which will be a % of
that revenue.
What % will I get?
A successful affiliate
can earn upto 50% of the revenue generated by their
casino players and 35% for their bingo players, but
we start our casino partnerships at 35% and our bingo
partnerships at 20%.
Will I earn less revenue from
promoting Bingo?
Absolutely not. Even though casino percentages are often
more generous than bingo percentages, Bingo affiliates
often earn greater revenues because of the nature of
bingo wagering and player behavior. It is also worth
considering the fact that bingo has not yet been promoted
as extensively as the casino industry and so there are
some truly excellent opportunities to make great revenues
by getting into bingo now.
When and how will I be paid?

here for detailed payment processing procedures.
Do I need to register separately
for each casino or bingo site I wish to promote?
You only need to create one account for our casino programs,
but you do need to create a separate account for each
of our bingo brands. Ideally we would love to offer
affiliates an easier solution, but we are technically
restricted in this respect. Sign-up

How often are my account
statistics updated?
The casino statistics are normally updated every 6hrs
and the bingo stats are updated every 4hrs unless there
is work on the servers in progress. If you do find that
an update hasn't taken place for some time, please contact
the brand's support department.
Who should I contact?
For general queries about
BettingBucks and the brands that we manage, please contact
Andrew,
our Affiliate Program Manager. For account and payment
queries, please contact our Payments Manager, Alison.
What is a referral code?
When you register for the referral program, you will
receive a unique referral code for the web site that
you entered on the registration form (in the space entitled
"URL to your site"). This referral code is
related to your user profile, and is used whenever you
create a referral link to any of our casinos from that
site. It's very important that you use the correct referral
code because that's how our program registers that a
visitor was referred by your site.
My statistics don't seem to
reflect the number of players I've referred.
1. Check that the link and the referral code are correct.
2. Remember that you will only be compensated for referring
new casino or bingo members. If a referred player is
already a registered player with one of our casinos
or bingo games, there will be no compensation.
When do I start making money?
Once you have become an affiliate (if you're not, then
start by reading the Affiliate Agreement and submitting
the registration form), you will need to set up a method
of linking your site to our properties (see Banners
and Links). When a visitor to your site clicks on your
referral link to one of our websites, they will be tracked
by our system. If the visitor you refer registers as
a player and opens a gaming account, you will receive
commission on all net gaming profits generated by that
player or alternatively be paid per new member or a
hybrid of both. You can choose the formula that yields
you the most money and a premium return for your website
banner inventory.
What is "net gaming?"
Net Gaming per player is generally calculated as the
player's gaming account deposits, less winnings and
withdrawals, less player's current account balance,
less bank merchant fees. In other words, you will receive
commission on the player's total net loss.
My net gaming compensation
has decreased from the previous month. What happened?
This means that one or more of the players you've referred
to our casinos, has won, and not lost. This is usually
always a temporary situation, and it's a way our casinos
stay successful in the long term. Winning players are
happy players, and happy players stay with us for a
longer time.
Is a negative account balance
zeroed each month?
Currently we do not zero negative balances and have
so far found that players who do win unusually large
amounts of money do continue to play with it at the
casino, therefore negating the effect on your balance.
If an account does maintain a negative balance for longer
than a couple of weeks, we will certainly review the
situation for any of our affiliates.
Why have you introduced the
invoice process?
The process of raising invoices has been put in place
to ensure compliance with increasingly rigid international
banking regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause but feedback from affiliates has so far
been positive.
What happens if I'm late returning
my invoice?
Unfortunately, the 5th of the month is an inflexible
cutoff date for receipt of invoices and we cannot accept
late arrivals. The payment will then be carried over
until the next month and paid in full then.
Why might my payment be late?
There are a number of reasons why a delay may have occurred
with successfully processed payments. Holidays or working
hours in any one of the places dealing with payment
procedures may cause slight delays. Also, banking and
postal services do vary and may cause delays beyond
our control.
What if I didn't receive confirmation of my invoice
being received?
Again, because BettingBucks is based in the UK, GMT
working hours and holidays may affect when confirmations
are sent out. However, if you are concerned, you can
try emailing the Payments Manager.
What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer payment through
NETeller and PrePaid ATM. We do this because it reduces
costs and means that affiliates do not get charged.
Are bingo payments made automatically?
Yes. Our Payments Manager reviews
all accounts at the end of the month and processes them
automatically.
